Thomas J. Rocca is a partner in Seven Hills Properties and is President of Pinnacle Properties, a leading San Francisco real estate services and brokerage company. He has acquired, developed, redeveloped and brokered notable residential and mixed-use projects for more than 29 years - for his own account and for national clients including Staples, IHOP, Starbucks, McDonald's, Home Depot, Hollywood Video and Walgreens. His experience includes highly visible development such as San Francisco's Yerba Buena Commons, a 257-unit, mixed-use development; San Jose's Cinnabar Commons, a 245-unit affordable housing project; and San Francisco's newly entitled 3400 Cesar Chavez mixed-use redevelopment. These complex projects highlight Mr. Rocca's expertise in building the community and municipal relationships required to complete regulatory, entitlement and permitting processes for new or rezoned sites; in structuring attractive financing including bond issuances, tax credits, construction loans and Freddie Mac financing; and developing property from the ground up, integrating historic renovation and seismic upgrades as needed. Mr. Rocca is a licensed real estate representative, a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
